Declaration & Undertaking

I S/O, D/O, W/O, Sh hereby solely affirm, declare undertake as under:

1. That the information furnished above are true to the best my knowledge and belief.
2. That I shall abide by the Constitution rules, by-laws and regulations of the club and shall abide by all the rules of the club enforced or to be framed by the executive body / governing body later on from time to time.
3. That I shall pay the monthly subscription, development charges or any other charges as applicable from time to time along with any tax if applicable, I shall pay the club dues in time and if found default in making payment of the club dues persistently i.e at least three months, the management has every right to terminate my membership without notice,
4. That I shall be liable to be punished as per the rules if involved in a criminal offence involving moral turpitude / misbehavior of indiscipline
5. That I shall approach the Executive Committee / President on any grievance and abide by the decision of the Executive Committee / President.
